About Franky

My name is Franky, and I am an international entrepreneur, outdoorsman, and multilingual communicator with a passion for helping people develop practical skills for the real world.

I was raised in Norway, growing up in Grimstad and Drammen, and also spent time in Eggedal, where I later became a part owner of the local shopping center, Eggedal Handelslag AS. From an early age I developed a strong interest in business and entrepreneurship. That interest quickly turned into hands-on experience.

At the age of 22, I opened my first company, Noan AS, while simultaneously working as Managing Director of Rimi Pilestredet Park and Rimi Hausmannsgate in Oslo. Although that first company eventually closed, it became one of the most valuable learning experiences of my life and laid the foundation for everything that followed.

My career continued in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, working with companies such as ICA, Rema 1000, Jernia, Esso, and Spar, where I gained deep insight into retail, operations, and leadership. Between 2012 and 2015 I operated as a franchisee of Rema 1000 in Drammen, further developing my experience in running and growing businesses.

After that period, I co-founded Merhebia Finest AS together with my brother, and since then my work has focused heavily on entrepreneurship, consulting, and international business development.

Over the years I have helped build and grow several companies across different industries and countries. Among them are Bio3 Implants GmbH and Alpha Dent Implants GmbH, German companies where I worked closely with management to help develop and expand their operations. During this time I was based primarily in Ukraine while traveling extensively across Europe and other markets.

Today I continue to operate internationally, running businesses across Norway, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates, including my role as CEO of F&A Medical AS. Through these ventures I have gained extensive experience in international trade, entrepreneurship, and cross-border business operations.

But business is only part of my story.

Living abroad for many years — and especially living in Ukraine since 2017, including during wartime — has given me a deep appreciation for resilience, preparedness, and practical life skills. These experiences shaped my perspective on survival, situational awareness, and the importance of being able to remain calm and capable in uncertain situations.

I have also spent much of my life in the outdoors. I am a registered hunter in the Norwegian Jegerregister and have been actively involved in shooting sports since my early twenties. Over the years I have been a member of several shooting clubs, including Asker Skyteklubb in Norway, Dynamo Club in Dnipro, and today SVD Legion, where I train regularly with both rifle and pistol. I have also participated in hunts in multiple countries and maintain my own firearms.

Language and communication have also played a major role in my international journey. I speak Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Arabic, and English fluently, and I also communicate in Russian (advanced level) and Ukrainian (intermediate level). Being multilingual has allowed me to work across cultures and build strong relationships in international environments.
