MY BACKGROUND
I was raised in Norway, growing up in Grimstad and Drammen, and spent time in Eggedal, where I later became part owner of the local shopping center, Eggedal Handelslag AS. At an early age, I developed a strong interest in business and entrepreneurship — an interest that quickly turned into hands-on experience.
EARLY CAREER
At the age of 22, I started my first company, Noan AS, while working as Managing Director of Rimi Pilestredet Park and Rimi Hausmannsgate in Oslo.
Although that company eventually closed, it became one of the most valuable learning experiences of my life and laid the foundation for everything that followed.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
I continued my career in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, working with companies such as ICA, Rema 1000, Jernia, Esso, and Spar.
Between 2012 and 2015, I operated as a franchisee of Rema 1000 in Drammen, gaining deeper experience in running and growing businesses.
Later, I co-founded Merhebia Finest AS together with my brother, and since then my focus has been on entrepreneurship, consulting, and international business development.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Over the years, I have helped build and grow several companies across different industries and countries.
This includes Bio3 Implants GmbH and Alpha Dent Implants GmbH in Germany, where I worked closely with management to develop and expand operations. During this time, I was based primarily in Ukraine while traveling extensively across Europe and other markets.
Today, I continue to operate internationally across Norway, Ukraine, and the United Arab Emirates, including my role as CEO of F&A Medical AS.
This has given me deep, practical experience in international trade, entrepreneurship, and cross-border operations.
REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE
But business is only part of my story.
Living abroad for many years — and especially living in Ukraine since 2017, including during wartime — has shaped my understanding of resilience, preparedness, and real-world decision-making.
These experiences have taught me the importance of staying calm, capable, and prepared in uncertain situations.
SHOOTING & OUTDOORS
I have spent much of my life in the outdoors and have been actively involved in shooting sports since my early twenties.
I am a registered hunter in the Norwegian Jegerregister and have been a member of multiple shooting clubs, including Asker Skyteklubb in Norway, Dynamo Club in Dnipro, and SVD Legion, where I train regularly with both rifle and pistol.
I have also participated in hunts across different countries and maintain my own firearms.
LANGUAGES
Language and communication have played a key role in my international journey.
I speak Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Arabic, and English fluently, and I also communicate in Russian (advanced) and Ukrainian (intermediate).
This allows me to work across cultures and build strong international relationships.
