Consulting and Coaching Sessions

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the payment may be considered non-refundable.

Workshops and Training Courses

Workshop or training participation may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the event for a refund or rescheduling.

After this period refunds may not be available due to preparation and organizational costs.

Digital Products or Educational Materials

If digital products or materials are provided, refunds may not be available once access has been granted.
